Thank you for choosing Gold Coast Luxury Motorhome Hire for your next holiday, we look forward to providing you with a fun, simple, safe, and adventurous holiday experience you will remember.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service. Please feel free to download our rental agreement from the website or contact us for a copy.

General Information

  • Rental days are calculated per calendar day. The day of pick-up is calculated as the first day of booking and the day of return is calculated as the last of booking.
  • Rates are in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax
  • Rates reset after 7 days
  • For ease at pickup please specify the correct number of guests and ages of children (if applicable) and include correct guest contact details and name on all bookings
  • $5000 Bond inc of GST to be paid either by credit card or direct deposit on the day or before pick up- refund of bond can take 7-14 days once the motorhome has been returned.

Drivers Licence and Minimum age

  • For the safety of our guests a current and full motor vehicle driver licence is required to be shown at pick-up and the driver needs to be present.
  • Drivers must be over the age of 25, have held a licence for at least 2years and the licence must be valid for the entire booking duration

Rate Inclusions

  • 24hrs Roadside assistance
  • Kitchen Kit: plates, bowls, knives, forks, spoons, bottle opener, mixing bowls, collapsible colander, saucepans, frying pan, and cooking utensils, chopping board, kettle, toaster, and tea towels. Electrical appliances are supplied are 240V.
  • General Equipment: pegs, clothesline, fire extinguisher, collapsible bucket, hose, dust pan
  • Personal kit: complimentary bedding (including sheets, pillows, cases, and towels

Kilometres

  • Please don’t underestimate the time it will take to get from one point to another. We recommend travelling a maximum of 300 kilometres per day of the equivalent of 4-5 hours driving. We encourage our guests to take a break from driving at least every 2 hours.
  • The package includes 200 kilometres per day and if the distance travelled is a little longer, any excess kilometres will be charged at 55cents per kilometre payable on return.

Exchange Rate/ Currency Variations

  • All transactions are conducted in Australian dollars. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, there could be some variance in the amount refunded compared to the amount initially charged

Confirmation and Payment

Gold Coast Luxury Motorhome Hire requires a deposit of 25% of the total hire fee at the time of booking. The remainder will be processed 7 days before for Off-Peak hires and 4 weeks before Peak/School holiday hires.

Cancellation Terms

FOR LONG WEEKEND HIRE – deposits are non-refundable. 

FOR OFF PEAK HIRES

-If cancelled over 35 days or more prior to pick up date: 10% of full rental fee plus $50 admin fee.

-If cancelled within 7 -34 days of pick up date: deposit is lost.

-If cancelled 1-6 days prior to pick up date: no refund available. 

FOR PEAK HIRES/SCHOOL HOLIDAY BOOKINGS

-If cancelled over 60 days prior to pick up date: 10% of full rental fee plus $50 admin fee is charged.

-If cancelled within 29 – 59 days of pick up date: deposit is lost.

-If cancelled 1- 28 days prior to pick up date or ‘no show’ on day of pick up: no refund available.

Booking Alterations

We understand that sometimes plans change. If this is the case any changes made to a booking will be calculated by using the higher one of the two rates, either the original Rate or the Rate current at the time of booking alteration. The following are considered as a booking alteration:

  • Change of name
  • Change to pick-up or drop- off dates.
  • Change of rate scheme including special rates.

Extending a Road Trip

If you get swept up in the adventure of a road trip and want to extend your booking whilst on the road, first contact our friendly Reservation team who will happily advise if the extension is possible and any associated costs. To secure an extension, the extra costs (calculated on the current rate of the day), will need to be paid by credit card inclusive of all taxes and surcharges, over the phone. Any long-term discounts in place will continue to apply to the booking. We will always do our best to accommodate any extensions however it is subject to Motorhome availability.

Motorhome Introduction and Show Through

At pick-up, our staff provides a thorough Motorhome show through with all the necessary information guests need to know about the interior and exterior features of their Motorhome. This ensures guests are comfortable and confident with their Motorhome before they start their road trip. To ensure guests have a thorough Motorhome show through before starting their adventure, guests need to pick up their Motorhome by 3pm.

Returning the Motorhome

The Motorhome is a home away from home and for comfort we recommend, it is kept tidy throughout the road trip. The Motorhome need to be returned as they were taken, with the interior cleaned, toilet cassette and holding tanks emptied. The Motorhome exterior does not require cleaning unless it is covered with excessive dirt or mud, making it difficult for our team to see its return condition.

Booking Duration

A Gold Coast Luxury Motorhome Hire Holiday allows guests to travel at their own pace, to ensure our guests get the most of their road trip a minimum seven- night booking period.

Smoking

Our Motorhomes are a smoke free zone; hence smoking is not allowed in any of our Motorhomes.

Guest Responsibility

  • Gold Coast Luxury Motorhome Hire reserves the right to refuse any rental at our discretion. While on their road trip guests are responsible for
  • Damage caused where the terms of Rental Contract have not been met by the guest (other than when a third-party damage admits fault and provides full contact and licence details)
  • Damage caused by negligence and/or wilful conduct.
  • Damage caused to the Motorhome in any way by part or total water submersion or salt water.
  • Damage caused to tyres and windscreen.
  • Damage caused to the Motorhome when using the Motorhome on contravention of any legislation or regulation controlling vehicular traffic.
  • Damage caused due to a single vehicle roll over.
  • Damage and associated costs with recovery of a bogged Motorhome
  • Damage or loss caused to any personal belongings.
  • Damage caused due to use of incorrect or contaminated fuel.
  • Damage to the undercarriage or overhead of the Motorhome
  • Damage to the awning of the Motorhome
  • Our Motorhomes may be equipped with a tracking device. Gold Coast Luxury Motorhome Hire reserves the right to send warnings to guests that are driving in contradiction to the terms and conditions.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Country refers to: New South Wales, Australia

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Paul Sheehan Property Services Pty Ltd, 6 Durigan Place Banora Point, NSW 2486.

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.

Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Your Information

If You wish to place an Order for Goods available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your Driver’s Licence, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your Order.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

  • Errors in Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

Payments

Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards, or online payment methods (Stripe, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorisation by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorisation, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly, or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third- party web sites or services that You visit.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 50 AUD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
